Just to review: the dude was in a car crash, then the troopers electrocuted him, then he died.Yeah, people die after car crashes, but I expect the chances of dying after a car crash are probably enhanced if you are also electrocuted with a taser. Additionally, officers of the law are usually expected to render aid to car crash victims, as opposed to electrocuting them.Since the troopers are mum on the issue, we don’t know if they attempted to render aid or not. We only know that they electrocuted a possibly injured man, and now he is dead.

The title to this is 100% accurate, by the way. This is why I hate police ‘officers.’ Fucking pigs.

Makes me want to wear wired clothing grounded out through my shoes. Then they could taze all they wanted to and it would just ground.

  5. Aaron Says:

The title is innacurate, the autopsy wasn’t finished… not to mention they just got into a car crash.. people die after car crashes too.. not just in them..

RTFA. You wish you were dead.

  7. Linton Says:

There was an article yesterday about an undercover officer that used a warrant to justify breaking into a guys house. Well, the citizen killed the invading, plainclothes cop. So the citizen was arrested for murder. And that’s how the system works.

    Don’t tase me! Tow!

I wish I was that guy getting tased. I could use the easy money. I can’t see any fairly selected jury siding with the cop. Here’s a readers digest version of what you can do from some attorneys web site that I randomly selected. http://www.cochranfoley.com/pa_tre_police.html

Thank you, Bob Heinlein. But I really think that his idea of building these panels on structures that sit above the roadways would be much more cost-effective. They’d block about 50% of the light during the day, which wouldn’t be too bad, and the same structures could hold overhead lighting. Just having some shade on long stretches of sunny road would cut fuel consumption for A/C.

Solar panels could be built in the medians of many interstate highways.

    Why aren’t tasers illegal yet?
